Here is the letter Bill Johnson sent us.

Here are the reason why we were denied.

Before a decision like this can be made you would think Johnson would do a thorough investigation. We were never contacted by Johnson before his decision was made. All he had to go on was the selective reports and such from the ones that didn't want us to adopt.

He says his decision is based upon the "best interest" of these children. DHS/CPS hasn't considered or done what is in the best interest of Alyssa and Amber since June 21, 2005.

The only reason Alyssa and Amber were put into the foster care system was so the mother could get the help she needed. Weren't we looking out for the children's best interest? We didn't do this so DHS/CPS could eventually kidnap our granddaughters by making up lies and putting fraudulent information in their reports and such.

Yes, I knew the visits were suppose to be supervised when we had the FCRB hearing. Brian told us this 5 days before they decided to remove our granddaughter from our home. Yet the same day we were told we have to let Erica have unsupervised visits.

Again I quite hard drugs 28 years ago without participating in any programs. A drug assessment was done, did Johnson even see the report from that assessment?

Let's talk about judgments for a minute. Who places these children back with the mother after she had tested dirty for marijuana earlier in that day? Who placed the children back in the same home which had been raided for drug sales? Who placed the children back with the same boyfriend that was not suppose to have no contact with the children when they were in our care? The answer to all 3 questions, DHS/CPS. When the children were in our care we knew our daughter was clean or she wouldn't have taken the children. When we learned our daughter was letting her boyfriend have contact with the children it was I that informed DHS/CPS. It was I that punished our daughter because of these contacts. DHS/CPS still allowed unsupervised visitations after learning about those contacts.

Alyssa and Amber wouldn't be having these emotional or behavioral problems if it weren't for the unjust actions of DHS/CPS. An appointment was requested from us so the girls could get some therapy. The only appointment we had was for Alyssa. Sandy told us after the session, "There isn't anything wrong with Alyssa, she is a happy normal 5 year old". Of course we blame their problems on DHS/CPS because they were removed from our care, they didn't have any of these problem while in our care. Of course the children's therapists think the way they do after all they are co-workers and friends of Nicole.

Let talk about the lack of insight for a little bit. When we thought we were getting our granddaughters back after the Jan 3, 2007 hearing. I called early the following morning to check about getting the children help with the Dr. that did my psychological evaluation. I didn't think the children should keep going to Nicole's friends and co-workers. Later we learned from Catholic Social Services, they had these same concerns.

I will mention the lack of insights by DHS/CPS and others. DHS/CPS lacked the insight by not realizing what they would be doing to these children by unjustly removing them from our care and turning them into "wild animals". The children's therapist lacked the insight to even consider Alyssa and Amber might want to be with grandma and grandpa and those are the reasons they regressed after they started getting visitation with us. Bill Johnson lacked the insight as to how these children would react by not seeing us, the children knew they were coming home for good and we were going to adopt them, when he made the decision to appeal the lower court. It took Alyssa and Amber 3 month's after Johnson's decision to get "settled back down". Alyssa had a meltdown 1 1/2 month's after his decision where they had to give her more medications.

Bill Johnson's decision had nothing to do with the "best interest" of our granddaughters. It is all about his power and money.

So tell me who really has a lack of insights?
