Suzanne Adams:

First I'll discuss just a little bit about Suzanne Adam's testimony. I won't be saying much because she couldn't remember much, not ever the name of the college she got her degree from. Judge Thomas asked her if it was mail order, :-). One of the first question our attorney asked Suzanne in regards to our adoption assessment Suzanne lied. Here is that question and her answer.

Q. Did you tour their home at all?
A. Yes, I did.

When Suzanne said that I couldn't believe she would state something that was false. I gave her the stare down and moved my head slightly back and forth in disbelief. These are the following questions and answers in regards to her touring our home.

Q. What can you recall about their home specifically.
A. Now that I said that I don't remember if I honestly walked around the house or sat in their living room with them. I remember--I remember being comfortable there, that it was warm; that it was open and friendly; furniture was very comfortable. It was neat and well cared for.

Q. Is it possible that you actually only met in the living room?
A. Yes, that's possible.

As I stated earlier a lot of the question she couldn't recall. I wonder if she recalls using fraudulent information in our assessment?

Lacey Gonzales-Borstler:

All I going to say about Lacey's testimony is in regards to when we tried to get visitations with our granddaughters. Lacey stated January 3, 2006. Now if she would have checked her phone log , although it is incomplete, she would know the first contact was August 5, 2005. I state it is incomplete because during that month I called her 2 time in regards to visitations and her log only shows the one time for August 5, 2005. Both time I talked to Lacey she told me grandparents don't have any rights. I argued with her the second time as I read there was a law in this regard. Some of her other testimony I can't say for sure whether she was completely honest or not. My opinion I don't think she was. CPS had a case conference with Bethany Sept 6, 2006 and it was shortly after that conference this false sex abuse accusation was brought to our attention. They tried to eliminate us from adopting.

Brian Vanderzalm:

He committed perjury during most of his testimony. Maybe I'll just have make a pdf. file of his testimony and you can count how many time he lied. I'll give that some thought.
