Parent Agency Agreement

This is the agreement Brian Vanderzalm and CPS has been using against us as not following. There is nothing in this document that Brian authored that was ever discussed with us prior to June 15, 2005. That was 5 days before we were informed our granddaughters were being removed from our care. We didn't even know this document existed until it was referenced  to later in other documents and reports when they started using this agreement against us.

12. I, Erica Keast, agree to practice honesty with the Department of Human Services.

I believe this is one line CPS uses in every Parent Agency Agreement. Isn't it ironic they want others to be honest with them yet, Brian has been anything but honest in his reports and documents. He wasn't even honest in this document.

4. The foster parents/kinship caregivers agree not to allow the children's parents to have unsupervised visitation with the children, unless authorized by the D.H.S. or the court.

As I stated before and will state many time on my web page and/or other documents, we were never told visitation are suppose to be supervised until June 17, 2005. When we informed Brian our daughter was permitted to take the children unsupervised on Mothers Day, Brian never made a comment about that nor said anything about visitation are suppose to be supervised. If they were to be supervised a person would think that would have been an appropriate time to mention that. Yet he didn't.

We were told from the very beginning our daughter could live with us and her children in our home. I guess we can supervise contacts while we are sleeping?

Now I will make comments about the fraudulent information Brian used in this agreement.

Currently, parenting-time is offered on a daily basis, supervised by Timothy and Barbara Atwood, the children's grandparents.

How would Brian know these parent times are supervised? He never asked if they were nor informed us the have to be when this document was prepared.

This plan was developed in coordination with Erica Keast, the children's mother, and Timothy and Barbara Atwood, and the children's grandparents.

If nothing in this agreement was discussed with us and we didn't even know this agreement existed then, how could it have been done in coordination with us?

Now let take a peek at the very last page. You will notice Brain is the only person that signed this agreement. Last time I knew whenever someone make an agreement and it's a written agreement as this one is, don't they have to sign it?

It make me wonder if our daughter even knew about this agreement.
